Guarana
Paullinia cupana, known as quarana, is a plant which has its origin in Amazonia. Guarana is mostly sought-after as a natural stimulant and recently it becomes a part of every energy drink. The reason is because guarana seeds contain way more caffeine than coffee beans. The effects arrive a bit slower but the physical and mental vitality lasts much longer. Caffeine
A well known nutritive which contains natural caffeine is - amongst people very popular - coffee. Caffeine is to be found also in tea leaves, cocoa beans, guarana or kola nuts. It is interesting to realize that half-life of caffeine can range from 3 to 7 hours. It depends on many factors such as genetic predispositions, form of caffeine or diet composition.

Pasteurization in a nutshell
A pasteurization process is based on mild heat food processing and on the ratio of temperature and time to how long the food is exposed to the heat, which causes damage of pathogens. Unlike boiling, pasteurization does not remarkably change the quality of the food.

Recommended dosage: Use maximum 1 bottle a day ca. 20 minutes before workout or when tired. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Once opened, the product is intended for immediate consumption.
